Field TeamOur Field Team is the front line of our organization. Always on call, this team is on the ground at our customers’ properties every day to ensure that maintenance services are being completed to Divisions standards. With the quality of our service resting on their shoulders, our Field Team goes to great lengths to locate and secure only the best service providers to support our maintenance contracts. As the eyes and ears for our customers, the Field Team works closely with the National Account Team to provide solutions and implement new initiatives.
National Account TeamThe National Account Team is responsible for the general oversight and management of individual customer accounts. Liaisons to our clients, this team is in constant evaluation of our service patterns, sharing insights, potential efficiencies, and execution strategies. This team owns the “big picture”, takes responsibility for client satisfaction and maintaining client communication.
Customer Service Team
At headquarters, our team of CSR’s is always at the ready to field customer service requests and bring timely and accurate resolution to inquiries and problems. Available 24/7/365, our CSR’s know the unique requirements of each account, and are specially trained to help mobilize our Field Team for a swift response to our customers’ needs.
