Provider Survey Results
About the survey
Giving and receiving feedback is an essential part of Divisions' company culture, and that includes that of our Providers. Each year we issue a Provider Survey in an attempt to understand what we are doing well, and where we could use improvement. Our Executive Team reviews a detailed summary of these survey results during our annual strategic planning process, which guides the initiatives launched in the coming year. In the past the voice of our Providers has influenced these outcomes in every category, including technology, work order execution and accounts payable.
