Bill Volz

Bill, Vice president of Field Operations, was one of Divisions’ first drivers of the “Boots on the Ground” approach. He joined the company in 2006 as a District Manager, later served as Regional Manager of the West, and now manages our Field Team across the country. Bill leads the development of the Quality Standards and Skills Guides essential to our work and the uninterrupted peace of mind for our customers. Bill provides leadership and strategic vision to field management while personally ensuring the delivery of consistent work, visiting the properties we manage.

Prior to his time at Divisions Bill served five years in the US Army. He then earned his Bio Chemistry degree from the University of Colorado. He holds the RFMP trade certification, a mark of excellence in our industry. Bill is in process to obtain an IFMA FMP, a facility management professional accreditation, and he’s completed a number of leadership accredited programs.

An outdoorsman and devoted father, Bill likes to spend his time outdoors, competing in endurance races and coaching select youth soccer.
