Divisions Maintenance Group Breaks Company Service Call Records

April 2016 – Newport, Ky. – Divisions Maintenance Group, a provider of facilities maintenance services, announced it surpassed service call records for the month of March during the 2016 fiscal year.  

Divisions received 7,462 calls for plumbing, electrical and handyman services in March – this is the largest volume of service calls ever made to Divisions’ team. 

“Our previous records were set as retailers were preparing for Black Friday,” said Brian Wint, Vice President of Finance. “Breaking this record in March is unusual for us. It represent a 25 percent increase over our average volume.”

Divisions completes approximately 50,000 service calls annually for retail customers across 36 district offices nationwide.
