  4. Deliver value, not status updates. Be disruptive.
  5. If you are not the solution, you are the problem.
  6. Your customer’s perception = your reality.
  7. Good or bad, tell on yourself while the information is within your control.
  8. You own your results.
  9. Pick up the phone and respond with speed and urgency.
